*Adequate speed on WIFI – Sometimes the training process may require internet access, which is why you need to ensure that the WI-FI speed is very good. Make sure that the internet speed is the best one it can be, otherwise you will end up dealing with some issues during the training process.

* White Board and Markers – yes, you can’t train anyone without outlining the lesson plan on the board and sharing ideas with them. A whiteboard and markers should always be a crucial part of any training room.

*Pen and Paper – these may seem a mandatory requirement, but not every training room has them. So you do need to think about getting these if possible!

*Access to catering – while it’s not mandatory, it’s something that you need to focus on as much as possible. People need to take some time to unwind and eat, so having access to catering is very important.

*Refreshments – Coffee, Water, tea and soft drinks – you can choose some predefined refreshment packages or you can take care of that. But it’s important that the training room provides something like this.
