UP education budget 2022: For smart education, allocation sees 32% hike over last year

LUCKNOW: Aiming to impart excellent education to kids, the Yogi Adityanath govt gave a substantial push to training, with practically a 32% hike in the budgetary allocation for the 2022-23 fiscal.

The govt has allotted Rs 84,952 crore to the training sector, inclusive of essential, secondary, and increased education. This is all-around Rs 20,675 crore more in comparison to 2021-22 when Rs 64,277 was allocated. Having said that, the revised budgetary estimate for the past fiscal dropped significantly to Rs 54,770 crore.
